Click on the link below to connect to a Google Form to apply for participation in the Lilly Fellows Network Exchange to be hosted by the High Sierra Program of Azusa Pacific University from March 27-31, 2019. The theme of the Exchange is "Exploring Nature(s): A Para-University Model for Humanities Education."

Notification will be made to successful applicants by October 15, 2018.

ELIGIBILITY: Any full-time faculty member or administrator employed by a Lilly Network College or University in the 2018-2019 academic year may apply.

COSTS: This LFP Network Exchange opportunity provides participants with all meals, hotel accommodations, ground transportation (including a 1-day excursion to Yosemite Valley), and up to $600 in airfare reimbursement to Fresno Yosemite International Airport 

The name and photo associated with your Google account will be recorded when you upload files and submit this form.  Any files that are uploaded will be shared outside of the organization they belong to.
